AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By engaging AI X-Ray Lab for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use our services.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Truth Node Installation

• Diagnostic Phase: Analysis of how AI systems currently represent your brand
• Installation Phase: Deployment of structured data architecture ("Truth Node")
• Verification Phase: Validation that AI systems cite your business correctly

What We Are NOT

• Not SEO Services
• Not Marketing Agency
• Not Legal or Medical Advisors

2. PROPRIETARY METHODOLOGY

• Truth Node Protocol™
• AI Revenue Leak Protocol™
• Diagnostic frameworks and technical implementations

3. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

Within 60 days of deployment we guarantee:

• Specification Accuracy
• Category Retrieval in 3 of 5 buyer queries
• Hallucination Elimination

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Research Fee: $1,000 non-refundable
• Performance Fee: $6,500 due only when verified

5. AI MODEL DISCLAIMERS

AI systems are non-deterministic, continuously updated, and context dependent. All diagnostics are point-in-time observations.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate information
• Respond within 48 hours
• Maintain brand stability
• Maintain confidentiality

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We use third-party trademarks solely for nominative fair use and analysis.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

See our Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Agreement.

10. TERMINATION

Termination conditions and effects as outlined in your agreement.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

30 days good faith negotiation. Governed by [Your State] law.
